We will take the stress and frustration out of renovating, It takes alot of effort and organization to co-ordinate bathroom renovation, many things can go wrong if not managed right, like tradesman not turning up, the wrong fittings been used. We have turned up on jobs where the builder/handyman has left, and we have come to taken their place. We found that we had to pull off half the gib on the walls because the appropriate timber was not in the walls the job was a shambles until we came and sorted it all out.
We use tradesmen that we know and trust that are experienced in their own specialty area.
We are flexible in the design process, some people have got a good idea of what they want in their bathroom, other don’t know where to start.. We can help you with this we will explain to you the different products and type of vanities, showers, baths, toilets, tiles etc, and help you decide on what you like according to your budget. We can recommend products from a range of suppliers or you are welcome to shop around and find products that you like.. Once we have an idea of you want we will draw up a detailed plan of the layout, organize the pick of any products/fittings, materials and start your renovation on a set date.
Our Project Manager will look after you throughout the whole process, he will communicate on progress, design options you have and make sure you are completely satisfied. After the initial design and budget has been worked through, our project manager will co-ordinate the builders, plumbers, electricians, shower installers, waterproofing, underfloor heating, fixtures, tillers, gib stopper and painters so that the process flows smoothly.
